The Awards Ceremony will take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London, W1K 7TN on Tuesday 21st May 2013. To book your table please read the following details.

Standard table of 10: £3,275 + VAT. The table price includes reception drinks, dinner and entertainment.
Premium table of 10: £3,975 + VAT. In addition to the standard table above, this includes:
- Your table to be positioned in the premium seating area at the Awards
- A digital photo of your table
- 7 bottles of superior wine at your table
- 5 bottles of water at your table (3 still, 2 sparkling)

Once submitted online your booking is subject to the cancellation policy detailed below. Payment is due within one week of your online booking. If your booking is made in May, payment is due immediately and no later than Tuesday 14th May 2013.
Tickets will be posted 2 weeks prior to the event providing payment has been received.
Cancellations will be accepted and monies refunded (less a 20% administration charge) up to and including Wednesday 20th March 2013. No refunds will be made after this date.
Please make the organisers aware prior to the event if you or any of your guests have any access or special dietary requirements.
