Book a Table

The Awards Ceremony will take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London, W1K 7TN on Tuesday 22nd May 2012. To book your table please read the following details and then complete the online booking form below:

Price
Table of 10: £2,750 + VAT. The table price includes reception drinks, dinner and entertainment.

Payment
For full details of how to pay, please see the Costs page prior to booking your table.

Once submitted online your booking is subject to the cancellation policy detailed below. Payment is due within one week of your online booking. If your booking is made in May, payment is due immediately and no later than Tuesday 15th May 2012.

Tickets will be posted 2 weeks prior to the event providing payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted and monies refunded (less a 20% administration charge) up to and including Tuesday 20th March. No refunds will be made after this date.

Access/Dietary Requirements
Please make the organisers aware prior to the event if you or any of your guests have any access or special dietary requirements.

Warning
The Marketing Week Engage Awards may contain strobe lighting effects or sudden loud sound effects.
